Проект Sky Skolkovo возводит группа компаний «СтройПрофиль», в активе которой реализованные объекты различной сложности общей площадью более 800 000 м.кв.
Компания выполняет полный цикл работ – от архитектурно-планировочных изысканий до возведения зданий любой сложности, прокладки коммуникаций и отделки «под ключ».
Первая очередь Sky Skolkovo находится на своей заключительной стадии – здание полностью построено, проведены коммуникации, получена вся необходимая документация. В ближайшее время будут завершены работы по благоустройству придомового пространства, отделке общественных зон и апартаментов.
В ближайших планах компании – вторая очередь строительства Sky Skolkovo, которая предусматривает комплексное освоение территории: в новом микрорайоне откроется детский сад, поликлиника, школа, магазины и другие объекты социальной инфраструктуры для детей и взрослых.
За 15 лет работы на счету группы компаний «СтройПрофиль» несколько жилых комплексов, где выполнен полный цикл работ – от устройства фундамента здания до сдачи объекта (ЖК «Гарибальди», ЖК в пос. Немчиновка, бутик-отель «Загородный очаг»), а также опыт работы на объектах в качестве субподрядчика: устройство котлована, заливка фундамента и частично строительство (ЖК «Континенталь», ЖК «Покровский берег»). Среди наших объектов торговые центры (в том числе «Бахетле» и «Можайский двор»), инфраструктурные объекты для других крупных девелоперов (подземная парковка ТЦ «Афимолл»).
